【Multi-Day Group】
Deposit : 50% is required within 7 days for registration
Balance : 50% must be paid within 2 months before departure

⚠︎ Involving the Sipadan diving, 100% of the Sipadan fee must be paid when booking

【Dive Course】
100% payment in full within 7 days for registration
- The course includes SSI digital log books, a full set of diving equipment, basic fees, license fees, government tax fees
1. Payment Method
Bank Transfer(HKD) / Bank Transfer(MYR) / AlipayHK(HKD) / Alipay(RMB)

2. Payment Policy
If the fee is paid after the specified time, and Diving Dojo confirms that it has been charged, the fee will automatically generate an 8% overdue handling fee, which needs to be paid together in the next payment (only applicable to deep dive/explore diving/snorkeling); Payment is due on the day of class (for course fees only).
If the relevant fees are not paid within 20 days after the due date, no notice will be given and the reservation will be automatically canceled.
If the balance is not paid within 1 month before departure, you will not be notified and will be automatically disqualified, and no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation or Modification Matters
If a trip is not feasible due to terrorism, natural disaster, political instability or other external events, we can cancel the trip at any time before departure so that we can operate the planned trip. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer the amount you paid to another departure date, or get a partial refund. If the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, the refund will be less any irrecoverable charges. We are not responsible for any incidental charges you incur as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess charges or non-refundable flight costs.
Partial Refund Policy :-
【One-day group/multi-day group】
- 50% refund of fees paid for cancellations notified within 30 days prior to departure
- No refunds for cancellations notified within 14 days prior to departure
- No refunds for cancellations notified of Sipadan diving
4. Compensation Matters
If any diving equipment is lost during deep dive/explore diving/snorkeling/dive courses, compensation shall be made according to the price.
5. Customer Information
In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements you must provide all requested details. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of these details.
6. Travel Insurance
Each guest is required to purchase their own insurance covering diving activities.
7. Price and Additional Fees
Our tour prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing, both of which are standard practice in the travel industry. This means our tour prices are subject to change at any time based on demand, market conditions and availability.
8. Responsibility
Applicant understands that acceptance on this trip is predicated on Applicant’s presentation that he/she is physically fit to engage in ocean SCUBA diving and/or diving courses and has had sufficient training to engage in ocean SCUBA diving and understands the risks involved and willingly assumes all risks whether foreseen or unforeseen.
9. Discretion
Diving Dojo reserves the right to make final decision on all disputes.
